The All-Star Brass & Percussion is an advanced student ensemble comprising musicians from grades 10 through 12 and young adults, founded and directed by Dr. Eric Aho. Part of the All-Star Brass Bands organization founded in 1986 — the first all-student honors group organized in the 170-year history of brass bands in the United States. Students from over 40 schools and eight Central Ohio counties participate. The band has achieved numerous NABBA performances in adult classes and has received prestigious invitations including performances at Carnegie Hall.
