Band Entry Form

Follow these instructions to enter your band into the 2026 NABBA Championships.  Please read all of the instructions before filling out the forms so you can gather all of the materials needed.  Also, be sure to read the 2026 Contest rules.

1. The person that owns the band account in the NABBA Database has to enter the band into the contest under the band’s account.
2. New this year – we are asking you to upload an electronic version of the score with your band entry.  This is in addition to turning in your 3 scores via mail.  Please rename the file to: Title_Section  Example: (Resurgam_1st).  You must submit scores for all choice repertoire.
3. You must turn in three physical copies of your scores according to the rules, postmarked by January 15 to the following address: NABBA Scores, 3033 N Hwy 59, Van Buren, AR 72956
4. New this year-  Please submit program notes for your choice program.  Please make it between 250-300 words.
5. Take the opportunity to let the organizers know about any items that you feel will help us.
6. You may include your choice music percussion needs at this time.
7. The entry fee is $950, same as last year.  It must be payed by card during he checkout process.
8. Rehearsals will be scheduled in February.  Info about this will be sent to bands that have expressed a need for rehearsal space.
